All our products are made to the highest quality standards and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the rare instance that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the non-digital item(s) for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. All items must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged, in resalable condition and in their original packaging.
Please note that we do not offer any exchanges on our products. Also, we do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. All digital items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to make a return?
Please email us at info@ffphub.com inputting RETURN as the subject of the email.
1) Mention your name, the order number, the SKU number of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return in the main body of the email. Also, attach a photo of the item(s) to the email.
2) Once your return request has been approved, we will reply by email with a return authorization number, our return address and shipping instructions for the item(s) you wish to return.
3) No returns can be accepted without a return authorization number.
4) You have 7 calendar days to return the item(s) from the date you received it/them.
5) Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When returning the item(s) please obtain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We recommend using a recorded delivery service or trackable postal service.
Once we have received your returned item(s) and providing the return conditions are met, you will be refunded the full amount you paid (excluding return shipping costs to you). Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method originally used to pay for your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
