For digital art prints (non-physical items), you are able to find download links directly on the order confirmation page once you have made a payment. Also, you will receive a confirmation email containing the download links. When you log into the ‘My Account’ page, you can see the download links as well.

For physical items, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Once your order is ready to go, we will hand it over to our outsourced shipping partners. All our shipping carriers track orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. Also, a tracking page, if available, will be sent to you. You can click on the tracking number to see the latest updates on your item location via our tracking page.

Please allow 3-21 business days for shipping depending on your location. We will work hard to dispatch your items within 3 business days of receiving your order. However, we cannot guarantee an exact dispatch date and your items may take longer to be dispatched if they are not in stock at the time of placing your order.

The items you ordered will be dispatched to the address provided at the time of purchase. We recommend that you provide a suitable daytime address so that someone is available to accept your order. You may send it to your home, work or friend's address - whichever is more convenient for you.
